Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Agile Softwarescape Enterprises (BN 8393867), Plot 289B, Akin Olugbade Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Because our products are digital software licenses and keys that are delivered instantly, the eligibility for refunds is necessarily limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Refund Eligibility
Software license keys are delivered to you digitally and immediately, which means they generally cannot be returned. However, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement key in the following cases:
- The license key you received is invalid or fails to activate, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You were charged but did not receive your key (and it was not delivered after we investigated).
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Keys that have already been redeemed, activated, or used.
- Change-of-mind requests after a working key has been delivered.
- Issues caused by your device not meeting the software’s system or activation requirements, where the key itself is valid.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email udedike@outlook.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the problem (including any activation error message or screenshot). Our team will verify the issue — typically by first attempting to supply a working replacement key — and respond as quickly as possible. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
4. Currency
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction (NGN or USD). Refunds for Naira transactions are processed in compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
